Our firm was founded 35 years ago by Central Coast native and legal veteran, George O'Neill. Soon after, Mark Woolpert joined the practice with Charron O'Neill and Janet O'Neill following in 1989. Charron and Janet specialize in matters regarding estate planning and administration. Whether it's a matter involving the preparation of wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, or reducing or eliminating gift and estate taxes, we are here to help you. We provide assistance to families after a death including probate, trust administration and termination and asset transfers. Charron and Janet also work with families who have relatives or friends with special needs by drafting special needs trusts and handling conservatorships for those with special needs.
